• Special  weekend rates from $400.00, which includes a one day pass to the hot springs and thermal pools of Bagno Vignoni.
  
• A $250.00 deposit is required for all reservations. The deposit will be returned 14 days after your departure date..
  
• Pets and smoking are not permitted in the house.
• CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Peak Season (April through September). If the Tenant cancels their reservation within 4 (four) weeks of their reservation date, the full amount of the rent paid will be charged, minus the security deposit of $250.00.
  • Low Season (October through March). If the Tenant cancels their reservation within 4 (four) weeks of their reservation date, 50% (fifty percent) of the rent paid will be charged, minus the security deposit of $250.00.
